About me

Over the last ten years, my life has been midwifery. To witness the beginning of life in all its glory, is a privilege. One filled with multiple emotions; sometimes joy, sometimes hardship, and unfortunately, sometimes tragedy. But in these moments (and in life as a whole) there is always beauty. Beauty I want to capture.

Photography has enabled me to step out of a clinical role into a creative one. Still witnessing love and emotion, but this time through a lens. Whilst the two worlds may seem opposite, they align, with one role complimenting another. I lean towards portrait, wedding and event photography because human connection and beauty motivate me. I feel honoured to be learning the art of photography, and hopefully capturing a small part of your story.
